STEVEN RAJNINGER


Steven is a registered architect in California and has 10 years of architectural design experience ranging from large and small commercial and institutional projects to synagogue and residential design. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from U.C. Berkeley and Harvard University respectively. Steven co-founded LOCUS Architecture in 1995 with Paul Neseth and Wynne Yelland, and as the sole partner in San Francisco serves as the lead designer and architect for all LOCUS San Francisco projects.

Steven also serves as the consulting architect for the St. Francis Homes Association in San Francisco, reviewing design proposals for projects within the 350-acre neighborhood. He is a member of Architects, Designers and Planners for Social Responsibility (ADPSR), contributor to the Architectural Resource Guide published by ADPSR and is a member of the Ronald McDonald House Strategic Planning Committee. Steven's work has been published and exhibited in local magazines and academic journals and at the San Francisco Chapter of the AIA. He has served as a review juror for architecture studios at U.C. Berkeley. He is accustomed to wearing many hats and prides himself on providing a high level of individual customer service for a wide range of clients. Steven lives in San Francisco with his wife and twins.
