Wale Falade

Wale Falade, AIA, NOMA, is a Principal at Locus Architecture whose work is shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a belief in design’s power to improve lives. Raised in Lagos, Nigeria, and now rooted in St. Paul’s Hamline Midway neighborhood, he brings a global, community centered perspective to architecture. Known for guiding complex projects through rigorous, iterative processes, Wale is deeply committed to equity and access to design. Outside the studio, he finds joy in cooking, making music, playing bass guitar, and crafting custom furniture.
